I don’t know about you, but I certainly sometimes feel like I myself could use a good spring cleaning! 😊

FAQ
Is this program only for women?
It is not exclusively for women, though I seem to mostly attract smart, busy women who are feeling weighed down by life.
If you are a self-confident man, who doesn’t mind being part of a group that is mostly women, then we want you in this group! All men joining this group will deeply benefit from the feminine nourishment that this program will bring, and will contribute to the group the masculine drive for action that can be empowering for women too.
This program is ALL about deepening self-love through learning how to take better care of your body, mind, and heart. Both men and women need more of this. So if you’re feeling called, then you’re the perfect fit for this group.
Will I need to make completely different food for myself than what my family is eating?
Actually, what I’ll invite you to do is to share with your family the phenomenal foods you will be making! In fact, the best way to do any sort of health-enhancing program for yourself, is to roll it into what you are doing for your family. So if you make a blended veggie soup for yourself for dinner, by all means, make it part of the menu for your family as well.
This can be easy… and it can be the doorway to your family’s improved health overall. I am NOT a believer in “kid food”. The best gift you can give your family is to teach them how to eat real, healthy foods.
What if I don’t have time to do all the planning this might involve?
Part of the purpose of the group call is to help you brainstorm how to make all of this work with your busy life. I’ll help you create the time to invest in yourself… and you’ll start discovering that when you do, more time seems to appear out of nowhere.
You will need at least 45 minutes each week to go through the program materials and organize yourself. My suggestion is that you block an hour (i.e. Fridays at noon, Saturdays at 9:00 am… whatever works for you) and you treat it as a business meeting. Show up for yourself at the appointment time, and go through the materials.
Also, in the handbook, you’ll find menu ideas, recipes, and a shopping list. All you have to do is print, add a few things to the list and go. In the beginning, it might take you a bit longer to prep your meals because some of these things might be new. But you’ll find that you’ll learn to create new habits for yourself and your family, which will translate into better energy and better health for everyone in your home.
Finally…
Every week, I give you the top 3 things to do that week, and some of them take no more than 5 minutes! So if you really have no time, you can simply do ONE 5-minute thing… and that single 5-minute thing will be the start of your snowball. Little by little you’ll build your capacity to fill your cup.
I don’t have WhatsApp… What is it and do I really need it?
WhatsApp is a mobile app (similar to texting or Facebook Messenger). There are two reasons why I choose it as the platform to connect with the group:
#1: It is end-to-end encrypted. This means that all information transmitted through WhatsApp is completely private.
#2: It’s right on your phone. You can send a question or update to the group from anywhere at any time, and I am more likely to respond quicker too! It’s a fantastic way to quickly check in without needing to use email, or go into a Facebook group.
If you don’t have WhatsApp, you can just download it to your phone for the purposes of this program and then delete it once we’re done.
